salt in our kitchen. These experts are not clarifying, what the type of salt should
be avoided. And here the confusion starts.
In
my practice I observed that salt is the most misunderstood nutrient. My clients are often asking - should we salt?,
yes or no? I agree we should eliminate refined, regular and a.k.a. table salt
that many people are still using. However, I do recommend cooking with Celtic or
Himalayan unrefined salt. The
benefits of ‘healthy’ salt are presented below. This advice will teach you
another important and healthy eating habit.
