Health benefits of two incredible salts

We hear almost everywhere that salt is not healthy for us. In fact we should avoid salt in our kitchen. These experts are not clarifying, what the type of salt should be avoided. And here the confusion starts.

In my practice I observed that salt is the most misunderstood nutrient.  My clients are often asking - should we salt?, yes or no? I agree we should eliminate refined, regular and a.k.a. table salt that many people are still using. However, I do recommend cooking with Celtic or Himalayan unrefined salt. The benefits of ‘healthy’ salt are presented below. This advice will teach you another important and healthy eating habit.
